We need folks who love helping people get to where they need to be. Wayfinders will give staff directions as people are moving to and through Pencils Down.
Welcomer
Love meeting people? Help us be some of the first, friendly faces that greet staff as they arrive at their hotels, the registration area, and our programming. As a Welcomer, you’ll be high-energy and highly hospitable.
Check-in Champ
Help check in staff as they arrive at Pencils Down. The check-in crew will work at the registration area, assisting staff at the check-in kiosks and showering staff with sweet Pencils Down swag.
Cheer Squad
Share your energy and enthusiasm as staff enter the ballroom for the General Assembly. When people walk in, you’ll make some noise and cheer them on. This is about hyping up your colleagues, so they enter feeling delighted and excited to be here.
Seat Finders
Think you can work a crowd? You'll guide staff to their seats, ensuring staff are ready for a fantastic time. Your mission is to keep people moving in, smoothening out any traffic jams, and helping everyone find their perfect spot.
Session Supporter
Support our Elective breakout sessions. Session Supporters will assist our presenters with time management, troubleshoot room equipment needs, and usher audience into seats. In other words, you’ll keep the show moving.
Wellness Wrangler
Are you a morning person? Passionate about wellness and health? Join as a Wellness Wrangle to help make the Friday morning wellness sessions a hit.
