So You Think You Can Chair Dance

Take your seat for a movement class with some edge. In this chair dance class, you’ll learn a choreographed routine that takes you in, around, and off the chair. No dance experience required. Just a willingness to explore, have fun, and let your inner performer loose. Expect an experience that’s a little sultry, a little flirty, and a lot of hair flip energy. All genders and bodies are welcome in this space.

Keep It Punching

You’re an uppercut above the rest. So get ready to box like Balboa. Take a jab at this boxing-inspired workout class at Rumble Philadelphia City Center. Your 45-minute session will alternate between punching bag drills and strength conditioning. This is a no combat class, so please do not use this as an opportunity to knock out your colleagues or manager.

Introducing the Blending with Intention: Custom Tea Make-and-Take Workshop hosted by local Philadelphia small business, The Random Tea Room. A sure treat for tea lovers, herbal enthusiasts, and those with a curious palate. Dive into tea culture as you sample custom tea blends, explore plants around Philly (without leaving the room!), and interact with the tea library and herbal apothecary. During the workshop, you’ll receive guidance in designing and crafting your unique tea blend. You'll leave with your personalized tea creation, ready for brewing at home.

Fun Run + Wake Up Walk

Lace up your sneakers and bundle up. We’re going outside for a dash—or stroll—that’s sure to wake up your senses through Philly. You can run, jog, or walk. Because it’s not about racing to the finish line. It's about enjoying the journey, embracing the early morning glow, and joining a community of movers (no matter your pace).

Running Route Highlights: Center City (past LOVE Park and down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway); Schuylkill River, famous Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art
Walking Route Highlights: City Hall and through LOVE Park, down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, circle around Logan Square (passing the Free Library and Franklin Institute along the way)
