Shuttle Service
Between Hotel and Train Station
From 30th St. Station to Hotel
Complimentary shuttle transportation to the event hotels is provided based on the following schedule:
| Wednesday, February 5, 2025 | 10 a.m.–8 p.m. | Departing every 30 minutes |
| Thursday, February 6, 2025 | 7 a.m.–4 p.m. | Departing every 30 minutes |
Upon your arrival, please proceed to the Amtrak arrivals/lobby area.
- As you enter the lobby area, look for a greeter with signage for Pencils Down 2025.
- Greeters will be wearing all black and a bright orange vest. They will direct you to the bus loading area to transfer to the hotels.
- If you can’t locate a greeter in the lobby area, please call 1-866-378-3915 and we will arrange a greeter to meet you and assist with getting you to the transportation area.
From the Hotel to 30th St. Station
Pencils Down will provide shuttle service from the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown beginning at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 7 to 30th St. Station. At the conclusion of the event, make your way to the Marriott front lobby where staff will direct you to the shuttles.
Between Hotel and Airport
From Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to Hotels
Complimentary shuttle transportation to the event hotels is provided based on the following schedule:

Upon your arrival, please proceed to the arrivals/baggage claim area.
- As you enter the baggage claim area, look for a greeter with signage for Pencils Down 2025.
- Greeters will be wearing all black and a bright orange vest. They will direct you to the bus loading area to transfer to the hotels.
- All buses will load in Zone 8 at Terminals B and C.
Philadelphia International Airport has multiple terminals and constantly changing gates/arrival areas – if you can’t locate a greeter in the baggage claim area, please call 1-866-378-3915 and we will arrange a greeter to meet you in the appropriate terminal for your transportation.
From the Hotels to Airport
Pencils Down will provide shuttle service from the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown beginning at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 7 to PHL. At the conclusion of the event, make your way to the Marriott front lobby where staff will direct you to the shuttles.
